Hello, I have a 13-month-old daughter, whose current nanny is moving. I have a mom in my neighborhood (within 5 blocks) who has expressed an interest in a nanny share. Her daughter is 15 months. Both are very good natured, easy children. I require child care 5 days a week from 8 - 6. The other mom requires child care 3 days per week. So two days would only be for one child. I will pay for major holidays if they fall on a work week, and will pay when I am on vacation. I would like the potential candidate to be infant CPR certified, trustline a plus. The candidate must have experience working with young children, have their own vehicle with a minimum of $50,000 insurance, The candidate would be responsible for preparing meals for children, cleaning up after children and ensuring that their play area is clean. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. I will require three references, two of which are not family and can attest to your skills working with children. I will also perform a full background and security check.
