Requirements
Caregiver / CNA / LPN / Home Health Aide Requirements
Caregiver / CNA / LPN / Home Health Aide Requirements
- One or more years of experience working with the elderly
- Verifiable References (Personal/Professional)
- Valid Driver’s and LPN License (LPN Cert only needed if applying as an LPN)
- Personal Transportation with Current Insurance
- Successful Completion of a Criminal History Check
