- Oversight of Management and Department,
- Build relationships with SNF and Hospital Discharge Planners,
- Resident Assessments and Care of Resident Issues,
- Ensure compliance with Title 22 Regulations,
- Monitors Staff performance of Resident care Supervisor and Caregivers,
- Produce Schedule for Care givers,
- Develop and train staff.
- Will report to the Executive Director.
