Job description
Certified nursing assistant, home health aide. Will provide personal care & services in client's home. Will provide variety of tasks for clients including bathing, mobility & ambulation, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, transferring, feeding. Services could include meal planning, preparation & serving. General companionship to keep the client engaged in life is a priority. Duties may include light housekeeping, laundry & medication reminders. Build strong relationships with other caregivers & clients/families. Maintain accurate records of daily tasks in compliance with company policy & procedure. Maintain communication with supervisor, & family & will report emergency or problem situations immediately. Provide care & services in accordance with Service Plan or Plan of Treatment. Maintain clean & safe home, Participate in training & continuing education in compliance with Company rules. Perform job duties in compliance with Federal, State, local rules & regulations & company policies. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Adhere to & demonstrate Care Minders Home Care culture core values as defined in the Code of Conduct.
