Nanny, Nashville, TN

I am in search of a nanny who is loving and caring to my kids, as well as extremely trustworthy. She must be very flexible with her hours for my job dictates the hours needed. They can vary during different times of the year. Some weeks I need help for 15 hours, some weeks, I need 50 hours, so, to be fair, I have been paying my present nanny a salary based on a 40 hr work week to guarantee stable pay, for it all balances out. Summer hours will be more routine compared to the school year. Sadly, my present nanny of three years is going to have a serious surgery next month and will not be returning. If you are interested in helping keep a household running smoothly (from laundry, and light housekeeping) to aiding in the development of two amazing little children (ages 6-7) we are the family for you. We are looking long term employment.
