Looking for a nanny/babysitter for 3 boys ages 6, 4, and 2. Hours would vary but I would like someone who is available from 7am to 7pm Mon thru Fri. This would be the schedule every other week and some days would be zero to 4 hours on the opposite weeks. In fall hours would change since all 3 kids are in school but pay will still remain the same because I would like someone with an open schedule in case of days off of school etc. Imagine you will get paid on some days for doing NOTHING. Pay would be a flat rate for the month.
