Franklin Health and Rehab is seeking licensed Physical Therapist for on call PRN services. As part of our team you will
- Provide physical therapy service to adult residents according to plan of care
- May train resident in the use of prosthetic devices
- Prepare and submit clinical summaries based on attainment of goals
- Identify resident and family caregiver needs
- Other duties as assigned by Rehabilitation Manager
Qualifications
Be a graduate of accredited APTA Program with a BS or MA in Physical Therapy. Licensed to practice in state of VA. Be driven and excited about working within a team environment.

Job Requirements
- PRN opportunity for Physical Therapist at this 120-bed facility.
- Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician.
- Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan.
- Participates in discharge planning.
- Records evaluation, treatment, and charges.
- Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.
- Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
