Job Description
Our in-home care agency is looking for some bright new faces to add to our team! We are recruiting for both full and part time positions. We are looking for people that are willing to make a commitment of at least 12-18 months to the agency. We regrettably can not except summer/seasonal help, due to the nature of in-home care. You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, divers license review and have received a high school diploma or GED . A reliable car, with insurance, is needed to run errands and/or transport our clients. We provide care to our clients, in their homes, in the Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington county areas (some mileage is reimbursed). Our client to caregiver ratio is never more than 2:1. All training is paid to include your yearly requirement for continuing education. You do not have to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for this position however, we do offer an educational assistance program that provides for that opportunity should you want to become one! We promote from within and additional opportunities may soon open up for team leads and hospice positions.
