REQUIREMENTS
Education
- NAC with some college classes or NAC working on advanced health degree.
- Nurse Delegation certificate.
- Modified Fundamentals of Care Certificate as well as Caregiver Specialty Dementia and Mental Health Certificates
- Must have current NAC licensure,
- CPR.
- Must have 3-5 years successful work with older adults in residential settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Home Health).
- Demonstrated ability to provide great customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage paraprofessional staff.
- Experience managing professional/non-professional staff.
- Demonstrated ability to teach residents and staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Community and facility based experience.
